I want to thank you and applaud you for how you would have acted with Baptiste.
You got it: the bottom line is "Can she perform the functional requirements of the job?".
The ADA doesn't require us to hire someone because of her disability. It just requires us to give her an equal chance. If she cannot do the work, she answers the question for herself and for us....as your sleeping employee di.
