I agree with your statement on trying to avoid the "us versus them" scenario and this is exactly what I want to avoid. It is my hope that we will all be able to work effectively together to enrich the learning environment for our children. That is the main goal of writing this grant. We want to utilize all of our resources so that everyone benefits from the changes which we are now facing in the educational field.
