I have been in the field of working with children for about nine years now and my biggest challenge has been Cross cultural Sensitivity. Being that we are in the twentieth century you would think that people are more open to people, but what I've found is the complete opposite. I mean that goes on both sides of the fence I have worked for a organization where it was completely caucasion and for an organization where it was completing African- American. I guess my question would be how do you get people too be more open-minded without driving yourself insane.
