My question is about promoting diversity. Something that I wish would improve in our center is the actual amount of culturally diverse families that we serve. Now, granted, we are not going to turn down families because they are not "diverse enough," but I wonder if we could be doing more to encourage more culturally diverse families to tour and enroll at our center? Any suggestions?
