Hi Annette,I really understand your frustration.First we must understand that these behaviors are part of a long sad history and are hard to change. We must keep trying to promote awareness one person at a time.We must share our views and tell our stories and speak up when we hear and see injustice.I think dialog helps to create understanding.Be willing to bring hard issues to the table.Encourage listening on both sides.I hope to see a change in our life time.Keep on pushing.Thanks for your message,Marsha
