Hi Annette, I would love to keep in touch .Are you coming to Leadership Connections in May? I will be there. There are many cultural behaviors that can be offensive to some one who has had different experiences, Here are some examples: Every culture has a certain way of greeting, some formal and some informal. Beware of comfort levels .handshakes and hugs may be uncomfortable to someone else. Some gestures such as finger pointing and patting on the back may mean different things to different people. We should also accept that common sense may only be common among our group and not common to others. Our way is one of many ways not the only way. Good luck and thank you for your thought provoking E-mails. Marsha
