Hi Nina,

My name is Kenneth Shackelford and I am a graduate student at National University in the Early Childhood Administration cohert. My question stems off Bobby's posting about public pre-school.

If public pre-school comes to past do you beleive that is going to take buisness away from tuition based childcare centers? Furthermore, our field is already short on qualified candidates how does governor Blagojevech plan on finding enough teachers to run these pre-school programs?
