Nina, I don't know much about the public pre-school plan. Is it like the head-start program for children 3 and up? I don't know much about head-start program, is it for low income chidren or can anyone go to a head-start program. I think the head-start has to follow a certain type of lesson, is tha turn. Would this pre-school be like that?|
