Loretta, Thank you for your insight. This project in Illinois seems so large at this point, it is hard to visualize it. I am curious, or just want to make sure I fully understand, are you saying that a private preschool may still charge the same amount of tuition to a parent and get the state funding? If the preschools only offer the 7 hour day, do they only receive the $92 a week funding from the state and the parent doesn't pay anything? Or do you receive that above the normal tuition? We would never survive if they take away parent tuition. Julie
