Annette, I work in the infant room of a child care center. (ages 6 wks - 8 months) I am proud that I am one of the first to help develope the minds these tiny little beings by singing, and reading to them. They experience things by touch, smell, and sight. Much of the first years of life is spent coordinating motor skills. Through repetition, infants gain strength and motor coordination. Jean Auler
