I think being observed should not be a big deal. Assume the observer as one of your parent. If you can sing in front of the parent , play with the children in front of their parents , help children with positive directions in front of the parent then why shouldn't we do the same in front of the observer? We have to keep in mind Parent is our everyday observer.
