Hi Barb,
I understand vague answers because there are "many right ways". But when a provider calls asking "Is this class creditable?", that does require a firm yes or no answer. Also if the provider calls with a specific concern and says "I am doing XYZ and I want to know if that is ok" a vague answer is not at all helpful. Sometimes if we call asking something very specific we do need a specific answer. And more importantly a specific answer that won't change and be different if another provider calls with the same specific question.
