I had my observation visit last Thursday as well. The observer made me feel comfortable as soon as she arrived at my home. She did a great job! We became involved into our morning routine and did forget she was here. Except at one point when the children became very curious about what she was doing and why she was here. She acknowledged then and went back to her work.
