If you have some suggestions for ways that we can help the staff give better information that would be great. We really want providers to get good information from NAFCC when they call. If there are other things that you feel like we should know, you should always feel free to write with specific information. Yvonne Collins is the new accreditation operations manager and welcomes that kind of feedback.
