Barb, On line courses are another topic we've gotten conflicting information about. We have been told they count, and also that they may be limited. The last thing I remember hearing is that they would be decided on a case by case basis. That answer scared me away from the idea of using any online courses. What if a provider took a course, was counting on the hours, and then after applying for observation was told that the course didn't count and they were short on hours? I just got the idea that NAFCC was wanting everyone to have "face time" with instructors and not to count on using online courses. If there is a firm answer as to which courses counted, and which didn't....or how many hours could be online courses (is there a limit) I think providers would be more confident in using online courses.
