How can they be mentors then if they are not giving the right information out to the providers? Isnt there some training they need to go thru before they can be a mentor? I guess i dont understand this, that would be like me helping someone to be a nurse, something i know nothing about!!

I would want to make sure the mentor i was assigned knew what she was doing herself. Dont they have to answer to someone if they are not doing thier job the right way?
