You are asking great questions!! My challenge is to answer them in a brief and yet concise and accurate way. I want to suggest a few things that will help me better address your needs:

1. Provide me with some brief information about the type of setting you work in and your role in that setting.

2. Respond to my questions with follow-up questions if I have not addresssed your question adequately. You might also provide me with additional information that will help me better understand your situation.

3. As participants, you should feel free to respond to each others' questions or my responses if you have additional suggestions. I have so much respect for what you do every day and I want you to share your successes and suggestions with each other.
