I enjoyed your presentation at the conference. It inspired me to create a behavior plan procedure. We have an informal way of addressing this issue. It is not in writing for staff and parents though. I will be working on creating this procedure during the next few weeks. I also wanted to know if you have any articles or books that you would suggest on Promoting Children's Social and Emotional Development? I would like to share them with my staff.
